About Our Company

BTE LTC & Seniors Consulting was built from experience, but more importantly–from seeing what families and facilities go through every day.

After more than 16 years working in skilled nursing and LTC admissions, I saw the same challenges over and over again.  Families overwhelmed by urgent decisions.  Applications delayed by small but costly mistakes.  Facilities navigating complex processes while trying to serve residents with excellence.

There was always a gap between what people needed and the support they were actually receiving.

So I created BTE–Beginning to End– to close that gap.
